How to save our data file from virus without antivirus

virus is file can make broken data, i don't know why people make a virus,almost all the pople hate virus.
in here i will give a little secret how to save our data without antivirus.

1.open Tools--> Folder Options --> view --> remove check in "Hide Extensions for know file types.

2. there will show the file extensions, save your data with diferent type.

example : myword.doc change to myword.js or myword-doc.
you can give another name extensions.

3.when you want to open your file return to myword.doc again than your data can open again.
you can use it to other file, some kind like .exe .pdf .rtf and other file.
it simple but give big effect.
it easy right.
